naa pod tay jogging starting on May 25-June 5, 2009... sa abellana
6:00 am ang start sa jogging... be there at 5:30...
naa ra jud ninyo og mutunga mo, basta kani preparation na ni pra intrams...
time: 5:00am-7:00am
be there before 5
late na kung maabot after 5:00am
penalty kay 25 kung late...
absent kay 50...
maximum japun of 5 absences
3 lates considered 1 absent...
kailangan daw ni i implement jud pra descipline...
Gamma go for the Gold na jud ni...
